At In Bloom by Jonquil, we take pride in our products and customer satisfaction is our priority.  We understand that at times a product may not be what you expected and will accept unworn, tagged (we are aware that Jonquil items do not have hangtags so don't worry about the tag in that case) returns made within 30 days of the order shipment confirmation that adhere to the guidelines below. (We are also aware that many of our items are purchased as gifts for bridal showers and require a longer return period. If that is the case, just let us know. We're happy to accommodate!)

Exchanges are free! If you would like to exchange an item, the easiest way to do so is to place a new order for the new item and fill out the return form (or contact us) to return the original item. Once we receive your return request, we will contact you with a Fedex return label so we will cover the shipping for the exchange. We will refund your credit card for the original item once it is received.

Policy

-In Bloom by Jonquil will only accept returns of items purchased from this website.  We will not accept returns on items purchased elsewhere.

-Items purchased from www.shopinbloombyjonquil.com can ONLY be returned to this website.  Department stores, boutiques and other stores that carry In Bloom or Jonquil products will not accept returns on items purchased from www.shopinbloombyjonquil.com.

-All items returned to www.shopinbloombyjonquil.com must be in re-saleable condition.  In order to be accepted, returned garments must be unworn, in the original packaging, and have all tags attached.  Please wear undergarments when trying on items.  Returned items that do not meet health and hygiene standards will be returned to the customer.   www.shopinbloombyjonquil.com reserves the right of final judgment to determine if the aforementioned standards have been met.

- Items purchased from and returned to www.shopinbloombyjonquil.com  in satisfactory condition with a postmark less than 30 days after the order confirmation will be credited at item price (including tax, but not including shipping).

-Items purchased from and returned to www.shopinbloombyjonquil.com in satisfactory condition with a postmark between 30 and 60 days after the order confirmation date will be exchanged for website credit (including any tax, but not including shipping).

-Sale items purchased from and returned to www.shopinbloombyjonquil.com in satisfactory condition with a postmark less than 21 days after the order shipment confirmation will be refunded the purchase(sale) price.  Sale items returned after 21 days but within 30 days will be granted store credit for the purchase (sale) price.  Sale items returned after 30 days  will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

-Items marked final sale purchased from www.shopinbloombyjonquil.com are non-refundable.

-All other returns will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.

-Customers will be responsible for shipping costs unless we ship you an incorrect and/or damaged item (and if we do--OOPS!--we'll do our best to get the correct item out to you ASAP--at no cost to you!)

-If an item purchased at full price on www.shopinbloombyjonquil.com goes on sale on www.shopinbloombyjonquil.com within 7 days of the purchase date, you are eligible for a refund of the price difference.  No adjustments will be made for purchased items on sales at any other retailer or web store.  Adjustments are not credited automatically and must be requested.
